1. Who we are
1.1. Ansava Limited is a medical health technology platform provider, with registered offices at Bewell House,
Bewell Street, Hereford, United Kingdom, HR4 0BA, and is registered in England at Companies House under
registration number is 12531422.
1.2. Ansava Limited’s ICO Registration Number is ZA738856.
1.3. Ansava Limited is neither a Healthcare Service provider nor a GP practice.
2. Ansava and MyPillCheck services
2.1. MyPillCheck is a medical health technology platform to remotely provide health data to GP services to
allow patient health and social care.
2.2. The MyPillCheck platform can be used to obtain prescriptions of the contraceptive pill, undertake and
submit medication reviews, blood pressure reviews, depression reviews, anxiety reviews, asthma reviews,
postnatal reviews and illness certification requests. Note that aforementioned list may be added to and/or
removed from prior to this list being updated, and the availability of platform functionality prevails.
2.3. Although MyPillCheck is the platform for the exchange of this information, the responsibility for reviewing
the information and subsequent clinical decisions still lies with the receiving clinician. Ansava Limited is
not a licensed healthcare provider and takes no responsibility for the content or quality of medical advice
provided within or in connection with a Medical Consultation.
2.4. A registered practitioner, on behalf of a licensed Healthcare Provider or GP Practice, undertakes all medical
reviews delivered via the MyPillCheck platform. Ansava Limited undertakes no clinical decisions regarding
care, and accepts no responsibility other than for the submission of the information provided via the
3. Use of the MyPillCheck Platform
3.1. In order to use the MyPillCheck platform, you must obtain a valid patient and verification code
combination from your GP practice. If the GP Practice has not subscribed to the service, you should ask
the GP Practice to contact Ansava Limited immediately.
3.2. You will not be able to use the MyPillCheck platform and have a remote medical review until the GP
practice has issued you with a valid patient and verification code combination.
3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the MyPillCheck platform.
3.4. You need to log in with valid patient and verification code combination.
3.5. You will need to select the desired review and complete the respective online questionnaire providing all
mandatory health data. If you wish to complete multiple reviews, then you will need to undertake and
submit each individually. We do not store any personal data for your own security and privacy.
3.6. You must agree that all statements and information you provided is true to the best of your knowledge,
3.7. The completed review is submitted to your GP Practice immediately at which point they will review
according to their availability, make clinical decisions based upon the information provided, and undertake
the following steps for you. If you do not receive feedback from your GP Practice in a timely manner, you
should contact them directly as the MyPillCheck platform does not track progress of submissions.
3.8. Note that not all medical conditions are suitable for our platform and you should not use the MyPillCheck
in cases of emergency. Please ensure that you call 999 or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency unit.
3.9. Based upon the information you provide you may be directed to seek medical attention immediately and
this is your responsibility to ensure you undertake this medical advice. Your clinician will also be informed
that on the basis of the answers you provided certain safety messages were relayed to you to ensure your

3.11. If you have any issues or queries related to your request, status thereof, or anything not related to the use
of the website, please contact your GP Practice.
4.1. Your GP Practice will analyse the information you have provided and determine the next course of action.
4.2. You will be notified directly by your GP Practice.
4.3. Ansava Limited and MyPillCheck platform do not store any of your personal data, and after you have submitted your
review, you will need to contact your GP Practice should you require any further information.
5.1. Ansava Limited will not charge you for any service provided via MyPillCheck platform.
5.2. Any resultant action your GP Practice determines to be the correct course, is strictly between you and your
GP Practice, and Ansava Limited will have no knowledge thereof.
5.3. Any resulting charge, e.g. standard NHS prescription fees, or any other charges are strictly between you
and your GP Practice, and Ansava Limited will have no knowledge thereof.
6.1. We do not store any personal identifiable data and as such you will never receive any communications
from Ansava Limited or any third party by using the MyPillCheck platform, as we simply do not know who

7.1. Although Ansava Limited makes reasonable efforts to keep the information in the MyPillCheck platform up
to date, Ansava Limited does not make any representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or
implied, that the content in the MyPillCheck platform is accurate, complete or up to date.
7.2. Content on the MyPillCheck platform is not intended to be medical advice. It is provided for general
information only and must not be used as a substitute for a healthcare provider's assessment, diagnosis or
treatment of any illness or disease.
7.3. Ansava Limited does not warrant that the availability of the MyPillCheck will be free from disruptions.
Disruptions may be caused by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
7.3.1. errors/problems with service provider hardware and/or network;
7.3.2. general internet provider issues/errors/problems;
7.3.3. website software maintenance or errors in software;
7.3.4. other circumstance outside of our control.
7.4. Disruptions or errors in the MyPillCheck platform may be reported to our website support at

7.5. Our support is purely of a technical nature – any medical support should be with your GP Practice.
7.6. Ansava Limited is not responsible for the accuracy of the information you have provided. This is your

9. Your Responsibilities
9.1. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the reviews is accurate and truthful.
9.2. You are responsible for all actions relating to the use of your patient and verification code on the

10. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
10.1. Ansava Limited owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright, trade marks and patents) of
